Job Overview:
The Branch Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth for the Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products at a local or area level. This position involves expanding channels, acquiring new accounts, and developing lasting relationships with clients to meet sales targets while ensuring profitability for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Segmentation & Client Acquisition:
Identify potential clients within the local market, approach them with tailored loan products, and create customized loan structures that meet client needs while generating strong margins for the company. - Sales Target Achievement:
Drive performance by building and nurturing strong relationships with key external stakeholders such as DSAs, DSTs, connectors, brokers, and real estate agents to ensure a consistent sales pipeline. - Client Engagement:
Conduct regular meetings and sales calls with prospective clients to generate new business and explore cross-sell opportunities. - Optimizing Turnaround Time (TAT):
Ensure swift loan sanctioning by establishing strong connections with internal teams, working towards reducing TATs, and expanding the customer base effectively. - Sales Operations & Reporting:
Monitor, track, and report sales operations, productivity metrics, and progress towards targets. Foster a high-performance sales culture within the team. - Active Participation in Business Initiatives:
Contribute actively to business-driven initiatives, contests, and challenges that aim to boost sales and team performance.
