| – BFSI Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience , including 3 years in life insurance |
| – Local Experience: Must be based in the city of application for at least 3 years |
| – Stability: stable employment history with no frequent job changes, should have at least 2yrs of average stability |
| – Business Volume: Managed ₹30-50 lakhs in the last financial year |
| – Education: Graduate (No diplomas) |
| – Team Management: Managed at least 10 agents or team members |
| – Quantifiable achievements like MDRT, COT, or TOT |
| – Average vintage (Stability) of 5 years in last two organizations |
