About the Role
This role is with a leading Life Insurance company operating within the Bancassurance vertical. The Wealth Manager / Sr. Wealth Manager will be responsible for sourcing HNI Life Insurance business through a leading PSU Bank of India. The focus is to acquire high-value clients and generate premium-sized cases of 5,00,000 and above.
Profile Required
– Graduate (mandatory); Post Graduate preferred
– 5–6 years of experience in Wealth Management / HNI client acquisition
– Prior experience in acquiring or managing HNI clients in the financial services domain
– Strong knowledge of financial products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, Equities, and Insurance Solutions
– Excellent communication, client engagement, and relationship management skills
– Proven ability to generate high-ticket business through affluent clients
Key Responsibilities
– Source and acquire HNI Life Insurance cases of 5 lakh from the partner PSU Bank branch network
– Build strong professional relationships with bank branch staff to drive business volumes
– Understand customer financial needs and present appropriate life insurance solutions
– Regularly meet HNI prospects and clients for portfolio discussions
– Ensure high-quality customer onboarding and compliance with regulatory guidelines
– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
– Deliver superior customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
– Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth policy issuance
